Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer international shipping to nearly every country.
Where do you ship from?
All Calmora™ Mini Cooling Fans ship from our Hong Kong fulfillment center for reliable, fast dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly—if you need to modify or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window closes, we can’t guarantee changes, but you may return your order for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing; orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 10–15 business days after shipping. If you need expedited options, let us know—you may be able to upgrade at checkout.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to support@calmora.co and we’ll sort it out.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Prices on our site are listed in USD and do not include local duties or taxes. Any import fees assessed by your country’s customs office are your responsibility. For details on rates, please check with your local customs office.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, email us at support@calmora.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions on how to ship the item back.
What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return or cancellation request. If you don’t see the credit after that window, please contact your bank or card issuer—they often have their own posting timelines. If issues persist, let us know and we’ll help follow up.
